Lili Alice Walker Stiefel is a bi-racial, German-American theater artist, community activist, and entrepreneur based in New York City.

She is the founder & CEO of Experimental Studio, a creativity consulting firm that develops customized creative coaching programs for higher education and workplace settings as well as individual coaching services.

Lili holds an MA in Management and Entrepreneurship and a BFA in Dramatic Arts (Directing) from The New School. She wrote, produced and directed her thesis project ‘MIXED’, a semi-autobiographical theatre performance about living with mixed identity. In 2019, the show evolved into a community organization called The Mixed Space.

Prior to moving to New York City, Lili attended acting conservatory at Schauspiel Schule Charlottenburg in Berlin. She has cherished working with mentors including Tony Award-winning Tonya Pinkins, Obie winner Ping Chong, and Otis Mass (SXSW 2016).

Lili is heavily invested in the people she works with and her communities. She strives to be a pillar of support and help her clients identify and break through barriers to achieve personal and professional goals.

Lili brings ingenuity, respect, and focused ambition to her work. She believes every human being has greatness inside of them. And she is dedicated to helping others find it, use it, and feel a stronger connection to themselves and the world.
